Vice President (Electrical/Automation)

Job Summary:

The Vice President will lead the strategic, operational, and financial direction of the company. This includes overseeing project execution, business development, team leadership, and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. The VP reports to the MD/CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead company strategy and growth initiatives
• Oversee project planning, execution, and quality control
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and risk
• Drive business development and client relations
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10–15 years of industry experience, 5+ in leadership
• Strong knowledge of electrical project management, automation systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business skills

50 to 55 Years
