General Manager - Operation (East/West/North/South Zones)

Job Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Zones, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The GM manages teams, Business Development, controls costs, improves efficiency, while supporting business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and project execution, handling of Branches and zones
• Lead and supervise technical and administrative teams
• Monitor budgets, job costs, and resource allocation
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service quality
• Report on performance to Senior management
• Responsible for liaisoning and business development with the electricity board, electricity distribution, and transmission companies of the individual territories under his jurisdiction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field, preferably MBA
• 8–10 years of experience in electrical or Electrical construction industry
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
